Jewelry is stored in a bank vault.
How much time do I have to repay my loan?
You have 4 months.
Can I extend my loan?
Yes you can extend the loan by paying finance charges.
Can I pick up my item before the loan is due?
Yes the items can be picked up anytime during the loan period.
What happens if I am late making my payment?
You get 10 days grace period during which you must pay your loan and finance charges and pick up your item or pay finance charges and refinance it for another 4 months.
I have a broken gold chain, can I still pawn it or sell it?
Yes you can. We take all kinds of broken items as long as they are made out of gold or platinum.
I lost one of my earrings. Can I pawn or sell the remaining earring?
Yes you can. We take all kinds of mismatched or unusable items made out of gold or platinum.
I have a broken chain. Can I trade it in and get a new chain?
Yes you can. We take all items made of gold or platinum as trade in to purchase jewelry.
